Two years of XG30 ownership and still loving it.
The owner's manual says to get Hyundai to check the airbags after 10 years (its a '99 car). Has anyone followed this advice?
But, don't all...

How do you completely remove the rear passenger seat. Two buttons near the floor are depressed - then what?
paul Sunday, 12 April 2009 17:03

Hi all - I've had my black XG30 '51 from new. I love it to pieces, but recently the alternator burnt out and took half the electrics with it. The repair is going to cost around £2,000, which for any other car would be hard to justify. My XG30's only done 27K miles (I mostly ride a motorbike), but it is completely irreplaceable, so I'm parting with the cash.

Hello BenH,
My friend had an alternator burn-out (XG 2000 model low miles) also causing a lot of electrical problems, he paid £400 for a new alternator which also solved the electrical problems as well.
