Any ideas where to get an alternator repaired. Rectifier has gone. 65,000 miles.
Had my XG30 for 15 months and found it costly and not that reliable.
I'll be glad to sell it and go back to reliable Nissans like the QX.

I have owned a XG30 for approx 5 mths and have enjoyed every minute. My previous machine was a very solid and trusty Mazda 626 which could not be faulted even after 11 yrs, so the successor would have to be good. This was a pure impulse buy without any research, based purely on the 'wow' factor when I open my garage doors. It certainly does turn heads especially 'out in the sticks'
I have enjoyed your site so far and hope it thrives.

 Hi,
I had experience of the XG30 since it's USA launch when I arrived late at Boston airport and the hire car desk had no cars... They said I could have a new Hyundai that the manager was testing... I've been a fan ever since, mainly on trips to Boston or San Francisco visiting my comanies offices there.
In 2001 my friends brother was working for a Hyundai franchise in the UK, that also sold my brand of scooters. I needed a long term car replacement as a family vehicle and they had a demo XG that had never done a single road mile... deals were done and since "51" I had my very own XG.
Hope to contribute and be in contact with like minded owners.
Mc
